Class Overview.
ProRules Pro-Am Referee Training and Development offers two 7-week training courses, of classroom instruction during the Fall and Spring terms. Each session is 2-3 hours long, giving you the most comprehensive and intensive skills development available to get you to your goals.

Aspiring basketball officials of all levels are encouraged to participate. Our program will train you to:

Course Design:
Students are introduced to and trained on current standards, guidelines and fundamentals of basketball officiating. Skills-development is monitored using industry-leading videography techniques, and students receive ongoing hands-on instruction during the year in our many basketball venues. At the conclusion of the full course, each official who satisfactorily completes the required standards (testing, class participation) becomes eligible for the following:
